Field Operations Supervisor

RCCC is currently seeking a special individual with Food & Beverage Multi-Unit Supervisory experience with the ability to visit, train and manage our field camp staff and facilities. Experience has to clearly demonstrate the ability to perform all 3 of the core duties, along with the ability to work in remote locations.

Field Operations Supervisor will report to the Hospitality Manager and will supervise the overall operations for an assigned group of remote camp and catering facilities. Responsible for directing all employee functions within these facilities in accordance with the policies and practices of the company. Responsibilities will include the implementation of the company strategies for meeting operational goals in the area of customer service & budget management.

Room & board while in remote facility is provided. The rotation for shifts will be 20 days on, 10 days off.
